how to get more power from a 5 hp engine?

i have a 5hp briggs and stratton and i need help modifing the engine to get more power. no expensive mods just simple cheap ones like modding the carb with jets and high air flow gaskets etc. ooo yaa forgot here is some info model = 135202 type= 0222

try to check it out first on auto repair shop...
