How do you change a tensioner pulley on a 2000 chevrolet 2.2 motor?

I hope that you are replacing the whole tensioner and not just the pulley.
Use the correct tool to release pressure from the tensioner. Remove the belt from the tensioner. Take a look at how the tensioner sits. Remove the center bolt
