A few years ago I took my Yamaha R6 (motorcycle) into a shop to get an oil change and general tune up. A few days later my bike "broke" on my way to work and I had to get it towed back to the repair shop. All my bikes repairs were covered
why the hell do you deserve a refund for an oil change?
if they did the work, then they're entitled to be paid.
