yamaha 40hp Carbs keep getting cloged?

1988 Precision Blend Yamaha 40hp.... In the past year.....I've cleaned the carbs probably 10 times, cleaned the fuel filter every time I cleaned the carbs. Re-placed all internals of carbs. Replaced fuel line. Replaced fuel tank. soaked each carb overnight

Can you actually see contaminants in the carburetors when you take 'em apart?

I see that carb cleaning resolves your issue until the next time you take the boat out, but can you describe the symptoms? Maybe it's not clogged carbs, but
